The role leads the design, automation, and operation of scalable, observable, AI-ready cloud platforms for customer engagements, and acts as a trusted technical advisor across the delivery lifecycle.\nJob description:\nLead the design, implementation, and automation of multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).\nBuild and operate CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for application and infrastructure delivery.\nDesign and implement full-stack observability (metrics, logs, traces) using tools such as Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.\nDeploy and support AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms (model hosting, MLOps pipelines, GPU/inference infrastructure) in collaboration with AI/ML teams.\nOwn container/Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) including scaling, security hardening, and cost optimization.\nLead cloud migration, assessment, and modernization engagements end-to-end.\nAct as trusted technical advisor for clients on DevOps, cloud, AI/ML, and observability architecture.\nDefine SRE practices: SLOs/SLIs, alerting strategy, and incident response runbooks.\nMentor mid-level cloud engineers and contribute to the DevOps/cloud knowledge base and best practices.\nSupport presales with technical SME input for DevOps/cloud/AI-ML/observability proposals.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n6+ years of hands-on DevOps/cloud engineering experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. \nStrong IaC (Terraform/Ansible) and CI/CD/GitOps skills. \nHands-on experience deploying and operating AI/ML workloads on cloud (model serving, MLOps, GPU infrastructure).\nPractical experience building observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog, CloudWatch).\nStrong containers/Kubernetes experience (EKS/AKS/GKE/OpenShift) in production. \nStrong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and Windows/Linux administration. \nAt least 3 public cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP -
