Specialized in a wide array of premium services including Business Automation, Industrial Digitization, Low code Development, Cloud Services, Warehouse Automation & Strategic Outsourcing.\nFounded in 2014, Advansys is part of the INTRO Group, a private conglomerate established in 1980 with diverse investments across different business areas, oil and gas, real estate, specialized engineering, financial investment, Food & manufacturing.\nJob Description:\n Lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. \n Translate business processes into robust automation solutions using RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). \n Ensure best practices, governance, and security standards in automation projects. \n Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize bot performance. \n Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. \n Collaborate with architects to integrate RPA with AI/ML, OCR, APIs, and ERP/CRM systems. \n Stay updated with emerging technologies in Intelligent Automation. \n Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. \n3-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and deployment. \nStrong knowledge of UiPath (preferred) or other major RPA tools.
