Partners with project teams to understand application's functional and infrastructure requirements to assist with identifying, assessing , designing, and documenting infrastructure that meets bank's needs and aligns with enterprise principles and practices.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY:\nResearches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and effective solution for the application's infrastructure design within project constraints. \nResponsible for identifying and communicating functional issues and risks associated with solutions and participates in infrastructure design reviews. \nDefines, promotes and encourages the use of engineering practices. Identifies opportunities for new applications. \nProvides consulting and coaching of the system functionalities. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex information systems. \nAnalyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. \nCompetent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications \nsystems analys is activities. Analyzes complex application systems issues and provides technical solutions. \nAnalyzes systems requirements and existing business processes and information systems and develops cost-effective information techno logy solutions. \nServes as liaison between application systems and business for the development of new system processes and application programs.Participates in complex application systems analysis projects\nRequirements\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered). Prior leadership experience, in a technology company is a must.\nHigh level of Arabic and English interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.\nEXPERIENCE:\nCandidates must have 2 to 4 years of Technical Development management experience, with at least 2~4 years as an IT practitioner, including planning, installation, configuration and implementation of enterprise-wide, server-based computing environments. Candidate must be familiar with Project Management Office activities, including experience managing development teams and wide-scale, enterprise-wide implementations.\nSKILLS:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required.\nExperience in T24/Globus is mandatory/ Very good understanding of all the modules involved. \nMinimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in T24 Core banking System. \nOver 4 years of experience in T24 implementations with at least two implementations in a private banking client. \nExperience in T24/Globus performance fine tuning activities / projects is preferred. \nStrong working knowledge in jBASE and UNIX/Working knowledge of system and hardware architecture is a plus. \nT24 Application Development experiences/ Knowledge in UNIX platform/Exposure to T24 functionalities \nDeep understanding of T24 product functionality including core banking and other business modules. \nGood understanding of T24 architecture including integration capabilities. \nKnowledge in Application / Interfaces Design, Development & Implementation \nKnowledge of various T24 components (TCServer, JBase, Versions, Enquiries, mainline routines, various types of validation routines, TSM services …etc.) \nImplementation experience and knowledge of key features of the latest versions of T24 is preferred \nDeep knowledge and understanding of banking operation business processes. \nGood understanding of retail and corporate banking business processes will be an advantage. \nStrong business analysis and solution architecture skills. \nMulti Company setup's -
