The role combines technical solution architecture with customer-facing presales activity: designing solutions, producing high-quality technical documentation and proposals, and delivering compelling presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders\nResponsibilities\nDesign end-to-end cloud architectures (current-state, target-state, and DR/multi-cloud) across Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP based on customer requirements.\nLead technical presales engagements: discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and proof-of-concept scoping.\nArchitect DR strategies (cross-region failover, active-active/active-passive, cold/warm/hot standby) spanning single-cloud and multi-cloud/hybrid scenarios.\nProduce high-quality technical documentation: solution design documents (SDDs), architecture diagrams, RFP/RFI responses, and proposals.\nDeliver clear, confident presentations to technical and executive audiences, including customer workshops and partner enablement sessions.\nPartner with sales teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and accurate pricing/BoQs.\nSupport vendor and partner relationship management (Huawei, AWS, Azure, GCP) for technical alignment, licensing, and co-sell opportunities.\nCollaborate with delivery/engineering teams to ensure proposed designs are implementable and align with best practices.\nStay current on hyperscaler and Huawei Cloud service updates, pricing models, and competitive positioning.\nContribute to internal capability building: templates, reference architectures, and presales playbooks.\nOwn technical governance of proposed solutions, including security, compliance, and well-architected framework reviews, to ensure designs meet client risk and regulatory requirements.\nLead or support proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot implementations to validate proposed architectures and de-risk full-scale delivery before contract signature.\nMentor and coach junior presales and solutions engineers on cloud architecture best practices, DR design methodology, and presales techniques.\nTrack and report presales pipeline metrics (win rates, solution reuse, common technical objections) to sales and delivery leadership to drive continuous improvement.\nRequirements\n8+ years in cloud infrastructure/architecture roles, including 3+ years in a presales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing technical role.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nBackground Knowledge about Cloud , Machine Learning and AI \nStrong working knowledge of at least 3 of the 4 platforms (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP), with working familiarity across all four.\nProven experience designing Disaster Recovery architectures (RTO/RPO-driven design, backup/replication strategies, failover automation).\nDemonstrated experience with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architecture design and trade-off analysis.\nSolid grounding in core infrastructure domains: networking (VPC/VNet design, NAT/SNAT/DNAT, VPN/ExpressRoute/Direct Connect equivalents), compute, storage, and IAM/security.\nFamiliarity with cost optimization and cloud pricing models (on-demand, reserved/savings plans) across providers.\nExposure to containers/Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).\nStrong technical writing ability -
