architectural excellence, and timely project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.\nDesign and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.\nDefine technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.\nLead the development of frontend applications using React.js and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.\nDesign and manage database solutions using MongoDB, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.\nConduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality.\nIdentify technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement effective solutions.\nCollaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nOversee development planning, task allocation, code integration, and delivery timelines.\nEnsure application security, performance optimization, and system reliability.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployment activities.\nPromote Agile development practices and continuous improvement within the team.\nTechnical Requirements\nStrong professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.\nExpert-level knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nMongoDB: Database design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and performance optimization.\nExpress.js: Backend development, middleware, routing, and API development.\nReact.js: Component-based architecture, hooks, state management, and frontend optimization.\n Node.js: Server-side development, asynchronous programming, and backend architecture.\nStrong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.\nSolid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.\nExperience with state management tools such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.\nKnowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT and OAuth 2.0.\nExperience with Git and version control systems.\nFamiliarity with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.\nTechnical Leadership Requirements\nProven experience leading and mentoring software development teams.\nAbility to make architectural and technical decisions.\nExperience conducting code reviews and establishing development standards.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\nAbility to manage technical priorities and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management
