logistics systems using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation\nAnalyze simulation results to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput, resource utilization, and layout\nRun \"what-if\" scenarios to support production planning and investment decisions\nUse SimTalk scripting to customize and automate simulation models\nCollaborate with design, manufacturing, and industrial engineering teams\nPrepare clear reports and recommendations based on simulation findings\nProvide user support and training on Teamcenter and Plant Simulation\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Computer Engineering, or a related field\n[2-3] years of practical experience with Siemens Teamcenter and/or Plant Simulation\nUnderstanding of PLM concepts: BOM management, change management, workflows, and versioning\nUnderstanding of discrete-event simulation and production system analysis\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n Fluent English (written and spoken)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SimTalk programming\nExperience with Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA) or integration with ERP systems such as SAP\nFamiliarity with other Siemens tools such as NX or Process Simulate\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing and digital twin concepts\nSiemens certifications (a
