The platform also features a robust administrative panel for managing content and tracking, monitoring, and analyzing user data.\nAbout the Opportunity\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who wants to stay close to the code and have a real say in how our next platform is designed and built. You’ll spend about 70% of your time writing C# and .NET code and 30% on architecture and design.\nThe work includes multi-tenancy, data at scale, domain boundaries, messaging, performance, and the long-term evolution of the platform. Florida also has no personal state income tax, which means more of your paycheck stays with you.\nWhat You Do\nDesign and build production applications in C# and .NET. \nHelp shape the architecture of ADG’s next platform, including multi-tenancy, domain boundaries, messaging, and scalability. \nSolve complex SQL Server performance problems and build APIs and client integrations. \nEvaluate technical options and explain the tradeoffs behind your recommendations. \nWork with client technical teams and contribute to the standards our engineering team uses. \nRequired Experience\nAt least six years of professional C# and .NET development experience, including current hands-on production work. \nExperience contributing to application or platform architecture. \nStrong SQL Server skills and experience building APIs and integrations. \nAbility to solve complex technical problems and explain your approach clearly. \nMulti-tenant SaaS applications or Microsoft Azure. \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred. In lieu of a degree, candidates with at least six years of progressively responsible software engineering experience, including demonstrated expertise in software architecture and the design and development of scalable platforms, will be considered. \nHow You Work\nThe way you work with people matters as much as the technical decisions you make. In this role, we will be expected to:\nExplain technical choices clearly to engineers, client teams, and colleagues outside engineering, and listen closely when they see a problem differently. \nLook past the initial request to understand what a client needs and how a decision will affect the people using the platform. \nAsk good questions, test assumptions, and weigh the long-term consequences before committing a solution. \nPreferred Experience\nEvent-driven systems, messaging, queues, or event buses. \nLarge-scale data environments or platform modernization. \nWork directly with clients and partners with technical teams. \nCompensation and Benefits\nThe salary is $140,000-$168,000, depending on experience. Benefits include a 401(k) match, profit sharing, health, dental and vision coverage, paid vacation, flex time, gym membership, and company-funded training.\nWork Location\nThis full-time role is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and begins onsite so you can work closely with the team while learning about our platform and clients.
