And you'll be doing it inside one of the fastest-growing companies in U.S. performance marketing.\nWe're hiring Project Managers to run the day-to-day operations behind our highest-priority accounts. You'll be assigned to multiple top-tier clients and work across the workflows and work streams that keep campaigns moving and performance climbing.\nThis is an operational role at its core. The work spans creative and analytical territory, from research and copy to QA and reporting, and a lot of it gets done with the AI tools and proprietary systems that give our team an edge.\nWhat You'll Actually Do\nYou'll be assigned to multiple high-priority accounts and run operations across them, working alongside Creative Strategists, Performance Analysts, and Influencer Leads. Your responsibilities will include:\nDevelop and submit creative briefs for senior review.\nDraft, edit, and refine advertising copy using our internal AI workflows.\nConduct competitor research and in-depth brand analysis, including review mining, Reddit and community insights, founder-led content, and other relevant sources.\nAnalyze top-performing scripts across our portfolio and adapt them to align with individual brand voice, positioning, and audience.\nPerform quality assurance on creative outputs to ensure alignment with briefs, brand guidelines, and quality standards.\nReview raw content and footage to identify high-potential clips for editing and production.\nManage day-to-day project workflows to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.\nTrack deliverables, deadlines, owners, and blockers while maintaining clear visibility on project status.\nCoordinate across creative, strategy, performance, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.\nEnsure deadlines, priorities, and key tasks are met, proactively identifying and preventing gaps or delays.\nYou'll also be expected to communicate clearly, stay highly organized, and take ownership of projects from start to finish. The goal is to keep work moving, maintain a high standard of quality, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.\nTraining\nYou're not expected to walk in knowing every discipline you'll touch. We invest the first two weeks in deep training on the fundamentals, including Creative Strategy and the other specialties you'll be supporting. We have proprietary courses, frameworks, and SOPs. Plan to learn fast and apply faster.\nWho You Are\nYou have 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role. You're obsessive about quality-the kind of person who notices the typo, the off-brand color, or the script that doesn't quite hit.\nYou're comfortable working with both data and creative, and you don't see those as separate worlds. You've used AI tools in your workflow and you're excited to use more of them. You can write clearly, read carefully, and proactively identify issues without needing to be told.\nYou're fluent in our stack: Asana, Google Sheets, Slack, and modern AI tools.
