Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.\nResponsibilities:\nManage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports for management.\nOversee internal project management tools to ensure tasks and deliverables are on track.\nAssist in onboarding new clients, ensuring that contracts and statements of work (SOWs) are processed promptly.\nPrepare and organize documents, decks, and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.\nCoordinate multiple projects across different business streams, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.\nManage project timelines, workflows, and resources to deliver campaigns on time.\nCommunicate project progress and updates to internal teams and external clients regularly.\nIdentify potential risks and proactively work with teams to mitigate them.\nServe as a key point of contact for clients to provide status updates and assist with day-to-day inquiries.\nCollaborate closely with client partners to understand their needs and ensure the timely delivery of services.\nEnsure client satisfaction by responding to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.\nGather client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and campaign outcomes.\nAct as a liaison between various departments including creative, strategy, and performance teams to ensure seamless project execution.\nSupport the account management team in maintaining strong relationships with clients and helping deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.\nParticipate in team meetings to align on project goals, milestones, and responsibilities.\nHelp track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for both client campaigns and internal operations.\nAssist in preparing performance reports and analytics to share with clients.\nOrganize and maintain accurate records for all projects, including client information, timelines, and deliverables.\nIdeal candidate profile\n2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.\nExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.\nProficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and G-Suite.\nAbility to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.\nA proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and offer creative solutions.\nDemonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.\nCompensation:\nThe compensation range is $900-$1,300 USD a month.\nThis role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.\nLocation:\nAll of our team is working completely remotely.
