Treating one another, our clients, and clinical trial participants with empathy and care are key tenets of our culture at Advarra; we are committed to creating a workplace where each employee is not only valued but empowered to thrive and make a meaningful impact.\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nProject Management Responsibilities:\nAct as a back-up for the designated tasks in the absence of the manager. \nWork as a liaison between manager and the team. \nCollaborate with manager to Identify the future tasks for Operations team and develop the plan. \nMaintain high level quality for all the tasks. \nMentoring and Development: \nEnsure retention of staff by using appropriate professional strategies to motivate and communicate with them. \nMentor team members to ensure that mentees receive appropriate training and direction for improving quality and quantity of work. \nIdentify each team member's professional developmental need based on personal interaction with them and decide on the training or developmental plan for each person. \nCollaborate with manager in developing training manuals that target tangible results for different service. \nTeam Management: \nSet and track goals for self and team members. \nManage team members attendance at work (approve/disapprove leaves) \nEnsure appropriate work discipline is followed by team members (working hours, conduct on work floor etc.) \nMotivate team members to achieve personal and team goals. \nConduct one-on-one meetings with team members at least once a month to obtain updates of work completed and goals achieved for the month. \nLocation\nThis role is open to candidates working in Bengaluru Office , Karnataka, India.\nBasic Qualifications\n4+ years' work experience (which should include people management) in job areas such as: \nClinical data management \nClinical trial coordination at site \nClinical research associate \nSound knowledge of clinical research methodology, industry regulations and Good Clinical Practice guidelines related to human research. \nKnowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and Good Clinical Practice guidelines related to human research. \nExpected to work independently, as well as in a team environment. \nExcellent organizational and administrative abilities. \nAbility to liaise with key stakeholders across the organization. \nFamiliarity with MS Office and various business software. \nPost-graduate or graduate education in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences or Clinical Research from a reputable educational institute. \nPreferred Qualifications\nA highly personable nature that fosters teamwork. \nExcellent communication skills - oral as well as written. \nHigh energy and positive attitude towards working in a culturally diverse environment. \nA passion for ensuring outstanding client support with a solutions-oriented attitude. \nProactive and takes ownership in all tasks from start-to-finish. \nPhysical and Mental Requirements\n Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation \n Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs. \n Learn and comprehend basic instructions \n Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities \n Verbal communication;
