Working within established processes and with guidance from experienced TA team members, this role helps build candidate pipelines, maintain accurate recruiting data and resources, and deliver a timely, consistent candidate experience. This role supports recruiters and does not independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle.\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nConduct proactive candidate research and sourcing using LinkedIn, talent databases, social media, referrals, and other approved tools, following established search strategies and role requirements. \nIdentify and engage potential candidates for assigned openings and talent pipelines and share qualified prospects with recruiters for further assessment. \nBuild and maintain organized candidate pipelines through ongoing research, outreach, and relationship management. \nCoordinate interviews and recruiting meetings across candidates, interviewers, and recruiters, including scheduling, confirmations, changes, and follow-up communication. \nSupport candidate communications and recruiting logistics to help provide a timely, consistent, and positive candidate experience. \nAssist recruiters with resume review, talent mapping, market research, pipeline reporting, and other defined recruiting activities; escalate questions or nonstandard issues as appropriate. \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, activity notes, status changes, and supporting documentation in the applicant tracking system and other Talent Acquisition tools. \nAssist the Recruiting Program Manager with Talent Acquisition projects, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day operational priorities. \nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, and shared resources while providing administrative and operational support for additional Talent Acquisition priorities. \nTrack assigned actions and deadlines, organize shared materials, and prepare routine updates to support timely project and program delivery. \nFollow established Talent Acquisition processes and maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling candidate, employee, and business information. \nLocation\nThis role is open to candidates working remotely in the U.S., preferably in EST or CST time zones.\nBasic Qualifications\n1+ years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, Human Resources, or a related professional environment; relevant internship experience will be considered. \nExperience coordinating interviews, calendars, or meetings across multiple participants and time zones. \nExperience supporting projects or maintaining standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, or shared team resources. \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. \nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, or other online tools for candidate research and sourcing. \nDemonstrated ability to learn an applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system, or similar business technology. \nDemonstrated ability to follow established processes, complete defined tasks accurately, and manage scheduling, documentation, and data with attention to detail. \nStrong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize assigned work, meet deadlines, and raise issues when guidance is needed. \nCollaborative mindset and interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition. \nPhysical and Mental Requirements\nSit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation \nRegularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs. \nLearn and comprehend basic instructions \nFocus and attention to tasks and responsibilities \nVerbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking \nAdvarra is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to providing a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, color, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, disability or genetic information, or any other status or characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.\nThe base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $79,000 USD. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above.
