This role operates as a subject matter expert, driving scalable, data-driven compensation strategies that support enterprise objectives.\nThe position has global scope across multiple regions, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant, while incorporating regional market dynamics, including experience in Ireland and India. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition, while maintaining ownership of compensation frameworks, analytics, and governance within the CoE.\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nGlobal Compensation Program Design & Governance\nDesign, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, policies, and frameworks aligned with Total Rewards strategy\nEstablish and maintain governance, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across regions\nPartner with HRBPs to enable execution, while retaining CoE ownership of program design and decision frameworks\nContribute to development of global salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture\nMarket Intelligence & Global Insights\nLead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other sources\nProvide enterprise-level insights on compensation trends across regions, incorporating knowledge of Ireland and India markets\nEnsure programs reflect external competitiveness and internal equity\nMonitor regulatory changes, including pay transparency and local compliance requirements\nAdvanced Analytics & Modeling\nDevelop and maintain enterprise-level compensation models (merit cycles, bonus funding, workforce planning)\nLeverage advanced Excel and data tools to perform scenario modeling, cost analysis, and forecasting\nLead analyses on pay equity, compression, and compensation effectiveness\nBuild scalable dashboards and reporting solutions to support executive decision-making\nGlobal Compensation Cycle Leadership\nLead design and execution of global compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) from a CoE perspective\nDefine process frameworks, timelines, and governance; ensure consistent adoption across regions\nPartner with HR, Finance, and HRIS teams to deliver accurate and efficient execution\nContinuously enhance processes for scalability, automation, and user experience\nProcess Excellence & Collaboration\nDrive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies\nDesign and implement standardized templates, models, and workflows\nLead or support cross-functional transformation initiatives within Total Rewards\nAct as escalation point for complex or high-impact compensation issues\nInfluence stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear recommendations\nLocation\nThis role is open to candidates working remotely in the United States.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field.\n7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards.\nDemonstrated experience within Total Rewards or Compensation CoE model.\nSolid knowledge in global compensation across multiple regions.\nExperience with Radford or similar market data sources\nAdvanced Excel and modeling skills required.\nExperience with HRIS and compensation planning tools (i.e. UKG, HRSoft)\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of international markets, including Ireland and India.\nFamiliarity with eLearning authoring tools.\nKnowledge of learning evaluation frameworks.\nExperience working within a Center of Excellence or shared services model.\nPhysical and Mental Requirements\nSit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation\nRegularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.\nLearn and comprehend basic instructions\nFocus and attention to tasks and responsibilities\nVerbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking\nAdvarra is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to providing a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, color, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, disability or genetic information, or any other status or characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.\nThe base salary range for this role is $90,367 - $165,673. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above.
