This individual is responsible for creating and maintaining materials and documentation related to training. This position requires strong interpersonal skills along with high-level facilitation skills for varying group sizes. The Training Specialist must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nFacilitate professional training events for customers and internal employees; demonstrate expertise in our software products as well as an understanding of industry best practices\nDevelop and/or update training presentations, assessments, study guides, job aids, and reference materials under the guidance of training leadership and/or subject matter experts\nDemonstrated mastery of assigned Advarra technology product\nAssist in conducting organizational-wide training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps that need to be addressed\nGather feedback from trainees after each education session\nConduct both in-person and web-based training events\nCollaborate with LMS Administrator to ensure training materials, eLearning modules, and courses are available and updated in the LMS; perform basic users access troubleshooting in Advarra University\nProvide oversight and monitoring of Advarra community platforms to inform new practices, knowledge gaps, and identify areas for training opportunities\nCollaborate with the eLearning team to develop, review, and update eLearning modules as needed \nMaintain attendance records and results of assessments and retraining\nInteract with customers via phone, Zoom, or email in a professional and prompt manner\nPerform other job-related duties as a assigned\nLocation\nThis role is open to candidates working remotely in the U.S.\nBasic Qualifications\n3+ years of training experience\nExperience conducting effective and comprehensive training for software or other technical tools\nExperience conducting virtual training via specialized tools such as Zoom, Adobe Connect, Teams, etc.\nExperience in confidently delivering training virtually and in a traditional classroom setting\nPreferred Qualifications\nDedication to professional development, continually growing own skills, staying on top of industry trends, etc.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills\nEffective communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking\nAdvanced Word skills (using templates, styles, fields, etc.)\nPhysical and Mental Requirements\nSit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation\nRegularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs. \nLearn and comprehend basic instructions\nFocus and attention to tasks and responsibilities\nVerbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking \nAdvarra is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to providing a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, color, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, disability or genetic information, or any other status or characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.\nThe base salary range for this role is $58,495- $96,517.
