HRforGrowth identifies, evaluates, and presents top-tier candidates through its global talent acquisition practice; all employment decisions - including final selection, offer terms, compensation, and conditions of employment - are made solely by the hiring organization.\nThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of all company assets.\nMAJOR AREAS OF PERFORMANCE:\nAssist with maintaining and understanding vendor service agreements for the facility and adjacent grounds \nOversee and assist visiting service providers as needed to ensure they are completing their assignments in an appropriate manner \nProvide and maintain service to all company warehouse and production equipment either through outside service agreements or through internal maintenance programs \nMonitoring the security of the building \nOverseeing training and testing of all power equipment certifications \nOverseeing general preventive maintenance of all production and warehouse equipment \nPerform and maintain records of all required tests and inspections of fire protection equipment, security equipment, and alarm systems \nOversee and keep records of all safety inspections \nKeep records readily available \nDemonstrate the ability to maintain a team approach with all levels of the organization promoting a productive and harmonious work environment \nWork with all areas to help provide them with various tools and equipment they need to perform their duties \nOversee the appropriate handling and documentation of all hazardous materials used in the facility through our SDS program \nRecognize and react to potential accidents and hazardous causing situations in a timely manner to help ensure that we have a safe clean and orderly working environment \nWork with and follow ISO policies, procedures and processes \nConsistently enforce all company policies and procedures \nProvide a safe working environment through adherence to OSHA regulations as well as company safety policies \nRegular and punctual attendance \nPerform other duties and responsibilities as required \nQUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS) REQUIRED:\nAssociate’s degree or Vocational Certificate \n2+ years supervisory experience \nPrevious facility and equipment maintenance experience \nExperience with warehouse equipment \nPrevious leadership experience preferred including coaching and development of employees \nAbility to determine priorities, make decisions, and manage an organized operation \nAbility to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally \nAbility to work independently and in teams \nAbility to handle stressful situations with tact and control \nCertified forklift equipment instructor \nPC skills\nAttention to detail\nISO quality knowledge and training\nAbout HRforGrowth:HRforGrowth is a full-service HR and talent partner built to support companies that are scaling, transforming, or navigating change.
