At ADVENGERS, you will have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients and collaborate with a unique team of professionals.\nAbout the role\nYou will manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized and large clients, organizing communication projects, overseeing content and supporting clients day to day. The role combines strategic thinking, project management and hands-on delivery, and you will work with a high degree of autonomy.\nYou will report to the Account Director or the Senior Account Manager.\nWhat you'll do\nManage your clients with the aim of growing and keeping each partnership. \nWrite core creative and operational briefs. \nSet up tasks in Wrike with clear descriptions, deadlines and dependencies, and monitor allocation across projects. \nOrganize and monitor the delivery of digital projects, from websites and video productions to social and performance campaigns. \nCoordinate content production and day-to-day communication with clients. \nGuide Account Executives and approve their deliverables before they go to clients. \nCoordinate activities with the Creative, Performance and Production teams. \nReport to clients with clear KPIs and accurate data. \nSupport budgets, invoicing, contracts and pricing, and spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities, together with the Account Director or Senior Account Manager. \nUse AI tools every day in research, production and optimization, and suggest new tools and ways of working to the team. \nYou'll also contribute to\nMarket, audience and competitor analysis for proposals. \nCommunication proposals and integrated activities with the creative and performance teams. \nNew tools for Client Service. \nPresentations and negotiations for new partnerships. \nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n2+ years of experience in account management, ideally within a creative, advertising or digital agency. \nExperience managing client relationships and integrated communication projects from brief to delivery. \nSolid project management skills, including budgets and timelines. \nWorking knowledge of Wrike or similar project management tools, and MS Office or Google Workspace. \nConfident, independent use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to work faster and better, and the curiosity to suggest new ones to the team. \nClient empathy, problem solving and organization. \nNative-level Greek and fluent English (written and spoken). \nNice to have\nPMI or similar project management training. \nExperience with ATL or film productions. \nExperience in new business and pitching. \nBenefits\nJoin our dynamic, innovative, and ever-evolving workplace as an Account Manager and enjoy the following benefits:\nA competitive salary package tailored to your skills and experience. \nComprehensive health insurance plan for your peace of mind. \nOngoing training and customized personal development plans to help you grow professionally. \nComplimentary access to cutting-edge marketing education platforms for continuous learning. \nAccess to premium marketing research platforms and advanced AI tools to enhance your work. \nThe opportunity to collaborate with prestigious clients and contribute to award-winning projects. \nA dog-friendly office environment that welcomes your furry friends. \nRegular fun-filled nights out to foster team bonding and camaraderie. \nJoin ADVENGERS and be part of a team that is dedicated to fostering growth, innovation, and creativity.
