- 27 Primary Clinics conveniently located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
- 5 Hospitals located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
- Collaborative, collegial team that is passionate about providing patient focused care and collaborates well with a robust network of specialists.
- Largeinternalreferralnetworkandabilitytobuildonexistingpatientbase.
- EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations.
Qualifications
- TeamPlayerwithpatient-firstmindset
- MinimumoftwoYearsexperiencerelevanttoFamily Medicine
- Must have completed undergraduate and master's Level Nursing Programs from an accredited school of Nursing andpassed state boards
- Current, unrestricted full APN license to practice in Colorado
- CurrentColoradoDEALicensure
- AANP or ANCC certification, or become certified within 5 years of completion of master's degree
- NCCPACertificationfromanaccreditedPAProgram
- Current,unrestrictedPALicense
- American Heart Association certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
