• 27 Primary Clinics conveniently located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
• 5 Hospitals located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
• Collaborative, collegial team that is passionate about providing patient focused care and collaborates well with a robust network of specialists.
• Largeinternalreferralnetworkandabilitytobuildonexistingpatientbase.
• EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations.

Qualifications

• TeamPlayerwithpatient-firstmindset
• MinimumoftwoYearsexperiencerelevanttoFamily Medicine
• Must have completed undergraduate and master's Level Nursing Programs from an accredited school of Nursing andpassed state boards
• Current, unrestricted full APN license to practice in Colorado
• CurrentColoradoDEALicensure
• AANP or ANCC certification, or become certified within 5 years of completion of master's degree
• NCCPACertificationfromanaccreditedPAProgram
• Current,unrestrictedPALicense
• American Heart Association certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
