Follows AIT standards for devices and software.\nPerforms preventive maintenance on authorized company devices.\nLeads small to mid-size projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframe.\nFollows and maintains AIT standard operating procedures for field operations. Supports audio-video technology with minimal assistance.\nCreates and references centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases.\nPerforms proficient level repairs for company devices.\nWorks with designated information technology vendors for support.\nProvides image builds and/or modifications to Senior or ITSS leadership for validation.\nProvides training and support to relevant staff.\nRecognizes critical roadblocks and escalates to leadership for resolution.\nContributes to maintaining accurate IT inventory using appropriate tracking management software.\nOther duties as assigned.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nKnowledge and experience with various Internet Browsers.
