This position ensures the overall program and its underlying projects are on track by partnering with business, portfolio, and project managers. Additionally, this role manages stakeholder identification and satisfaction, program and project definition, cross-project interdependencies, risk management, and ongoing monitoring and control. In addition, this position provides outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders. Additionally, this role often volunteers to navigate uncharted terrain, asks insightful questions, and finds innovative ways to approach issues.
