[Required]\nExperienced with building and equipment specifications and a solid understanding of sourcing/procurement. [Required]\nEffective communication, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff from executive to onsite construction teams and vendors. [Required]\nFamiliarity with construction blueprints and ability to read/interpret floor plans. [Required]\nExperience in utilization of Attainia software [Preferred]\nFamiliar with web based applications [Preferred]\nProficiency with analytical software tools/ Excel [Preferred]\nKnowledge of medical equipment planning practices.
