Travel required as needed.\nManages daily operations of the training team, coordinating work activities and staff schedules.\nAssess training program and instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.\nServes as a liaison between physician enterprise and medical group to ensure effective communication and collaboration.\nRegularly meets with PE leadership to provide updates on ambulatory projects.\nAssesses and addresses training needs, modifying trainers’ schedules as necessary to ensure success of the region.\nIdentifies and communicates potential barriers, risks, or delays related to training and learning plans.\nMonitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, recommending improvements.\nIdentifies process issues and shares findings to improve future training materials and methods.\nEnsures staff adherence to compliance regulations, policies, and procedures.\nTracks training team’s time and attendance in a timely manner. Working hours are on site, full time; Monday - Friday, occasional weekends may be required.\nUp to 75% travel may be required with occasional overnight stays.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nPossesses extensive knowledge of adult learning styles and training delivery in support of physician practice operations including adoption of practice management and EHR systems. [Required]\nPossesses knowledge of how to identify education and training needs in a healthcare setting and participate in related program development and instruction. [Required]\nPossesses extensive experiencing implementing and coordinating traditional and modern training methods and techniques. [Required]\nPossesses working knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation. [Required]\nDemonstrates ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinator, monitor and evaluate) within an ambulatory healthcare environment. [Required]\nDemonstrates ability to develop/make effective presentations and serve as a trainer. [Required]\nDemonstrates prominent participation in practice management and EHR implementation and/or ongoing support and training programs. [Required]\nDisplays knowledge and skills necessary to deliver quality educational instruction to all levels of staff (including external agencies) in a clear and concise manner. [Required]\nPossesses ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with all levels of employees, facilitate group processes and change. [Required]\nDemonstrates ability to be self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
