Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains accurate HR records, and serves as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries. The role is primarily operational, ensuring that day-to-day HR activities run smoothly.\nJob Requirements:\nEducation and Work Experience:\nHigh School Education/GED or equivalent: Required\nZero-Two years' of HR, administrative, or customer service experience : Preferred\nEssential Functions:\nProvides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance.\nAssists with onboarding and offboarding procedures.\nResponds to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.\nSupports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits.\nHelps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.\nPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.\nOrganizational Requirements:\nAdventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
