Manages business operations of selected primary care practices and/or other specialty or sub-specialties. Provides market level leadership responsible for operations.\nJob Requirements:\nEducation and Work Experience:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience: Required\nMaster's Degree: Preferred\nFifteen years' related experience: Preferred\nTen years' leadership experience: Preferred\nEssential Functions:\nOversees hospital operations. Manages, directs, and leads market level leadership to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.\nDevelops, directs and implements plans to ensure business objectives for the hospital are achieved.\nDevelops and implements operations plans and objectives, coordinates care, services, and programming to achieve objectives at the market level.\nEnsures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. \nDevelops/monitors/maintains FTE, capital, and operational budgets.\nReviews department systems, concerns, budgets, and goals with physicians, including cost reduction and revenue enhancement.\nPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.\nOrganizational Requirements:\nAdventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
