Interfaces with hospital personnel and local leadership to develop and administer construction projects in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and organization guidelines. Develops scope, schedule and budget for potential projects, executes against scope, schedule and budget commitments on approved projects, benchmarks project performance to industry best practices, adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Supports strategic capital projects, as needed.\nJob Requirements:\nEducation and Work Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required\nMaster's Degree: Preferred\nFive years' experience in healthcare project management or construction management: Preferred\nEssential Functions:\nCollaborates with IAM staff to promote a universal approach when interpreting performance data and developing programs.\nPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.\nOrganizational Requirements:\nAdventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
