Job Summary

• The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, content creation, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and analytics.
• We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketer to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative, sales, and business development teams to develop campaigns that support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media, websites, email, and other digital platforms.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal use of available resources.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research and support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and new digital growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and return on investment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed based on:

• Customer acquisition and conversion rates.
• Number and quality of leads generated.
• Performance and ROI of paid advertising campaigns.
• Email marketing open, click-through, and conversion rates.
• Organic search rankings and traffic growth.
• Overall contribution of digital marketing activities to business growth.
• Growth in website traffic and digital reach.
• Social media growth and engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant digital marketing software.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve campaign performance.
