Digital Marketer \n\nLocation: Maryland, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, content creation, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and analytics.\nWe are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketer to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCollaborate with the creative, sales, and business development teams to develop campaigns that support customer acquisition and revenue growth.\nCreate, curate, and publish engaging content across social media, websites, email, and other digital platforms.\nPrepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.\nTrack and analyze digital marketing performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.\nDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.\nPlan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.\nManage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal use of available resources.\nManage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels.\nConduct keyword research and support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.\nPerform other marketing-related duties as assigned.\nConduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and new digital growth opportunities.\nStay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.\nDevelop and manage email marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives.\nMonitor and optimize digital campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and return on investment.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\nPerformance will be assessed based on:\n\nCustomer acquisition and conversion rates.\nNumber and quality of leads generated.\nPerformance and ROI of paid advertising campaigns.\nEmail marketing open, click-through, and conversion rates.\nOrganic search rankings and traffic growth.\nOverall contribution of digital marketing activities to business growth.\nGrowth in website traffic and digital reach.\nSocial media growth and engagement.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\nProven experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.\n4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.\nHands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.\nGood knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nCreative mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong content creation and copywriting skills.\nExperience with Canva or other graphic design tools is an added advantage.\nBachelor's Degree\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant
