virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware)\n\nAdminister and support Windows Server environments\n\nDesign, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall)\n\nMonitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services\n\nPerform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance\n\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues\n\nSupport backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes\n\nMaintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation and support\n\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field\n\nMinimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in system and network administration\n\nHands-on experience with:\nHyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms\n\nWindows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)\n\nNetwork infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall)\n\nPreferred / Added Advantage\nExperience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)\n\nExperience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, FortiNAC)\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, identity)\n\nKnowledge of security best practices and frameworks\n\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure)\nKey Skills\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\nGood understanding of IT infrastructure and security concepts\n\nAbility to work independently and in a team\n\nGood communication and documentation
