end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition / intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding\n\nProactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.\n\nUtilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates\n\nConduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.\n\nPartner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent needs and expectations\n\nProvide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful hires.\n\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.\n\nExtend job offers to shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and address any concerns or questions.\n\nCollaborate with various organizations including tertiary institutions for recruitment events, internship and talent pipelining\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).\n\nPerform any other ad-hoc duties as required\n\nJob Requirements\nExcellent communication skills, strong verbal and written English.\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimally 2-3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition, experience in hiring technical roles across SEA is an advantage\n\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, among others.\n\nStrong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or similar.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight
