You will lead technical discovery, design custom onboarding architectures, build AI automations, and own the conversion of 3-month product trial discoveries into long-term commercial adoption. You will act as a hybrid technical expert, AI practitioner, and strategic consultant, serving as the core engine powering our product's structural moat.\nSome of the things you'll work on:\nAct as an embedded domain expert during onboarding of our newest AI product, helping customers reach value quickly. You will partner cross functionally with sales, product, engineering and account management to accelerate adoption and value for customers\nLearn each customer's architecture and use case, so you become their trusted partner for adopting Atlas across the full platform, not just a single workflow \nServe as a strategic, day-to-day partner for customers, guiding them on product functionality and working closely with our product and engineering teams.\nScope and deliver client-specific requirements, deliver tailored demos, and run hands-on training that gets customers querying their marketing data with confidence \nTake a consultative approach to help customers get the most value from our platform, driving adoption, retention, and growth.\nWe're excited if you have:\nPrevious experience in Solutions Consulting, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Technical Implementation within a SaaS company or Media Agency.\nEssential Experience in Digital Marketing: Strong foundation in ad tech, attribution models, agency workflows, or performance marketing data.\nTechnical Proficiency: Comfortable working with SaaS platforms, REST APIs, dataset mapping, and data automation tools.\nAdvanced Prompting & AI Skills: Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to build workflows, summarize insights, or code automations.\nBachelor’s Degree in an analytical, technical, or business discipline.\nAre you ready to apply?\nThe base salary we offer is USD 130,000-160,000.
