activities, including maintenance, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nYour Profile\n\nProven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst within a Mainframe environment.\n\nStrong understanding of IBM Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL and batch processing.\n\nExperience working on application maintenance, production support and enhancement projects.\n\nKnowledge of SQL and relational databases, including Oracle and DB2.\n\nFamiliarity with legacy application development and analysis tools such as PACBASE is considered a strong asset.\n\nGood understanding of banking, financial services or insurance environments.\n\nExperience with impact analysis, functional design and application evolution processes.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to investigation.\n\nExcellent documentation and communication abilities.\n\nComfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.\n\nAutonomous, proactive and accountable in managing priorities and delivering results.\n\nAble to escalate critical issues appropriately and propose pragmatic solutions.\n\nExperience in functional analysis, production support, corrective maintenance and evolutionary maintenance is highly
