Tech stack of Advisory Key

Dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation digitale dans le domaine ESG / Investment Management, nous recherchons un Frontend Product Engineer .

Le rôle combine Business Analysis, spécifications fonctionnelles, prototypage interactif et développement Frontend.

Une approche de développement assistée par IA (AI-assisted development) sera utilisée, avec un fort accent sur la compréhension des workflows utilisateurs, la formalisation des règles métier, la qualité du code et la maintenabilité.

 

 

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et développer des fonctionnalités Frontend avec React & TypeScript
  • Traduire les workflows utilisateurs et règles métier en :
    • Spécifications fonctionnelles
    • Maquettes / prototypes interactifs
    • Critères d'acceptation
    • Implémentations en production
  • Identifier les cas particuliers (edge cases) et challenger les besoins lorsque nécessaire
  • Participer aux revues de code et garantir la qualité des développements
  • Collaborer avec les équipes métier, développement et IT
  • Contribuer à l'évolution et à la maintenance des solutions existantes
  • Participer à une démarche de développement specification-driven et AI-assisted

 

Must have

  • 2+ ans d'expérience en développement Frontend
  • Très bonne maîtrise de React & TypeScript
  • Expérience dans la traduction de besoins métier en solutions techniques
  • Expérience avec les spécifications fonctionnelles, mock-ups et acceptance criteria
  • Connaissance des pratiques de développement Enterprise :
    • GIT
    • Code reviews
    • CI/CD
    • Testing
    • Azure
  • Bon esprit analytique, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Capacité à comprendre rapidement un environnement métier complexe
  • Anglais professionnel
