activities on track.\n\nSupport the adaptation of cash management processes to prevent settlement delays, overdraft charges and other operational issues.\n\nContribute to the implementation of ex-ante control checks within Net Asset Value (NAV) processes to strengthen operational oversight.\n\nAssess the impact of settlement cycle changes on existing fund administration workflows, including subscriptions, redemptions, cash movements and transaction processing.\n\nCoordinate communication and change management activities with internal teams, investment managers and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the transition.\n\nSupport the preparation and implementation of required documentation, operational procedures and system workflow updates.\n\nTrack project activities, action items, risks and deliverables using project management tools, particularly Microsoft Planner.\n\nProvide regular progress updates and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nAnticipate operational challenges and propose practical solutions to ensure compliance with the new settlement framework.\n\nYour Profile:\n\nProven experience in project management, ideally within fund administration, asset servicing or the investment fund industry.\n\nStrong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, monitor deadlines and ensure the delivery of key milestones.\n\nSolid understanding of fund operations, including fund accounting, transfer agency and custody activities.\n\nKnowledge of settlement processes, cash management and the operational implications of shortened settlement cycles.\n\nExperience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, including investment managers, custodians and external service providers.\n\nAbility to identify operational risks, manage dependencies and implement effective mitigation measures.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal teams and external partners.\n\nExcellent organizational skills, with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to project delivery.\n\nExperience with project management and tracking tools, particularly Microsoft Planner.\n\nStrong written and spoken English skills, essential for documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication.\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritize competing demands and maintain oversight of complex operational projects.\n\nA hands-on mindset, with a strong focus on execution, cost control, accountability and achieving project objectives.\n\nAbility to work fully on-site and collaborate closely with project stakeholders throughout the
