Senior Data Analyst Your Day-to-Day As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support the Operations teams in addressing their Data & Business Intelligence needs, particularly in relation to claims management, policy administration and premium management. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting complex data investigations and multi-system reconciliations using SQL and Data Warehouse concepts. Supporting the transition towards a new Data Platform based on a modern functional architecture and innovative tools. Designing advanced dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI, SAS VA, Apache Superset or similar tools. Defining reliable KPIs and ensuring consistency across departments. Translating business requirements into actionable insights. Managing and improving domain-level datasets in accordance with Data Mesh principles. Collaborating with Data Science & AI teams to industrialise predictive use cases. Optimising ETL pipelines using SAS EG, dbt or equivalent tools. Performing advanced statistical and numerical analyses to identify trends, anomalies and business opportunities. Communicating analytical findings and insights to business stakeholders.
