responsibilities\n\nLead end-to-end fund migration and conversion projects, from planning through implementation and post-migration stabilisation.\n\nManage complex fund lifecycle events, including migrations, administrator transitions, launches, mergers and liquidations.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across fund administration, transfer agency, custody, middle office, fund accounting, technology and operations.\n\nOversee data readiness, data validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover and go-live activities.\n\nManage project governance, including project plans, migration roadmaps, RAID logs, dependency tracking, runbooks and status reporting.\n\nAct as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients and external service providers.\n\nIdentify, manage and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies.\n\nLead working groups and steering committees and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.\n\nContribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of migration processes and delivery frameworks.\n\nRequirements\n\n5-10+ years of experience in project or programme management within financial services, asset servicing, fund administration or investment management.\n\nProven track record delivering complex fund migrations, conversions or other fund lifecycle projects.\n\nStrong understanding of fund administration and asset servicing operating models.\n\nExperience with data validation, reconciliations, testing, cutover and operational readiness.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with senior stakeholders and external service providers.\n\nStrong governance and reporting capabilities.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nFrench and/or German would be an advantage.\n\nPMP, Prince2, Agilepm or equivalent project management experience would be
