confident advising, aligning, and challenging when needed.\n\nOutstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with a high level of ethics and confidentiality.\n\nComfortable using data to guide decisions and improve processes.\n\nKnowledge of structured interviews, competency-based assessment, and inclusive hiring best practices.\n\nProficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft 365 tools.\n\nFluent in English;
