experience with several ServiceNow modules, ideally including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, CSM and Service Catalog\n\nAdvanced knowledge of JavaScript and the ServiceNow Scripting Framework\n\nSolid experience with Flow Designer, Integrationhub, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST and SOAP APIs\n\nExperience with GIT, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools\n\nGood understanding of Agile/Scrum, automated testing, deployment practices, CI/CD and ITIL\n\nExperience with Domain Separation and ServiceNow on-premise environments is a strong advantage\n\nRelevant certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM and/or ITIL v4 are an asset\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously\n\nCollaborative, customer-oriented and adaptable mindset\n\nFluent in French and English, both written and spoken\n\nGerman and/or Luxembourgish are considered an
