For LPN the pay starts between $24.50-25.50/hr. Pay is determined by experience and qualifications of the position. Leaders may be willing to offer more with prior direct experience in the role.\nAbout This Location: The Chronic Disease Management Clinic at Aurora Sinai Medical Center, located at 945 N. 12th Street in Milwaukee, provides comprehensive care for adults living with ongoing medical conditions that require long-term monitoring and treatment. As part of the medical center's internal medicine and specialty care services, the clinic focuses on helping patients effectively manage chronic illnesses, improve overall health outcomes, and reduce complications through coordinated, patient-centered care\nYour feedback matters. We value your insights and experiences because they help us grow stronger together.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nMust be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently throughout the workday. \nMust be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. \nMust be able to: push/pull with 30 lbs. of force and perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with a second person present. \nMust have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine hand manipulation skills for IV insertion and other procedures/functions. \nManeuver foot pedals on carts or machines. \nPerform physical safety interventions such as patient restraint and verbal de-escalation, if needed. \nMay be exposed to chemical and hazardous waste as well as blood and body fluids and communicable disease.
