Participates in localized problem determination and resolution. Seeks guidance from senior staff or escalates appropriately.\nSupports the networking systems, working with multiple IS departments and vendors to provide stable and reliable network connectivity. Demonstrates basic knowledge of the network infrastructure for which they provide administration.\nImplement routine risk network changes and designnetwork solutions (switches, routers, and system hardware) with guidance from senior engineers while following established designs and configurations previously developed.\nWorks inbothina team setting and independently, accepting instruction and leadership from fellow team members.\nWorks well under pressure, able to multi-task.\nFollows defined protocols for working with customers. Resolveshelp desk tickets and network problems. Tracks and trends issues and drives resolution. Understands and follows change management processes.\nPhysically and logically install components (routers, switches, physical cabling, UPS, etc) into a single unified network under the direction of more experienced network engineers.\nAssistsin less complex projects to define network infrastructure requirements and recommendations for appropriate solutions.
