Occasional requests outside these hours.\nPay Range:\n$28.55 - $42.85Major Responsibilities:\nPlans, schedules and implements/coordinates simulation based programs in conjunction with simulation facilitators. This includes but is not limited to set up, tear down, programming of equipment, and basic maintenance of equipment.\nMaintains equipment utilized in simulation training. This includes coordinating and troubleshooting of equipment/software upgrades and regular maintenance.\nMaintains and replenishes inventory as necessary.\nProvides training and acts as a resource for confederates and simulation technologies.\nMaintains proficiency in existing and emerging simulation technologies.\nCollects and coordinates accurate data in support of simulation activities.\nInternal and external stakeholder management.\nActs as a member of the Advocate Aurora Academy to develop comprehensive system wide learning strategies, ensuring simulation is represented in our direction and priorities.\n Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:\nBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certificationissued by the American Heart Association (AHA)\nEducation Required:\nAssociate's Degree in Organizational Development or related field.\nExperience Required:\nTypically requires 2 years of experience in healthcare simulation operations, clinical experience or technology.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nStrong computer knowledge in Microsoft office including Word and Excel.\nDetail oriented.\nAbility to organize and prioritize work.\nFlexible with changing priorities.\nDemonstrated problem solving ability.\nAbility to travel to various Advocate Aurora Health facilities.\nAbility to work under stressful conditions and in difficult situations.\nAbility to work as a member of a diverse team.\n Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:\nAbility to move equipment and learning materials (up to 50lbs).\nExposed to a normal office environment\nPosition requires travel and exposure to road and weather hazards.\nOperates all equipment necessary to perform the job.\nThis job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
