Our work is rooted in respect, compassion, and inclusion, and we envision a world where individual differences are appreciated and celebrated.\nAt Advocates, we value the ideas, experiences, and contributions of employees and are committed to fostering a supportive, welcoming culture where everyone can grow and thrive.\nResponsibilities\nProvide leadership, supervision, and support to staff and ensure program success \nOversee administrative operations in collaboration with the Program Director \nDevelop and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage \nMonitor and interpret program budgets \nLead staff meetings and supervise, coach, and evaluate team members \nSupport individuals in accessing services and entitlements (e.g., housing, benefits) \nMaintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies \nConduct audits, and program reviews as needed \nEnsure compliance with financial, medication, and case record standards \nComplete required reports (e.g., payroll, petty cash, census) \nOversee staff training and professional development \nMaintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, MAP, SOLVE, HR/DPPC) \nFacilitate meaningful, community-based opportunities for individuals \nTravel between program sites, meetings, and trainings as needed \nProvide physical intervention in crisis situations when required \nShift\nFirst ShiftQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of program experience, including staff supervision (hiring, evaluation, and development) \nStrong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills \nBasic computer proficiency \nHigh energy, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively \nValid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport individuals \nCommitment to and experience working with diverse populations strongly preferred \nAdvocates is committed to cultivating a diverse and welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued.
