We want someone with first experience in web development who is highly committed, learns fast and works with AI every day. Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor) every day at every stage: understanding the task, writing code, testing and documentation
Help deliver AI-powered features: LLM integrations, automations and prompt work
Own tasks end to end, from clarifying requirements through implementation and testing to deployment, with support from senior team members
Take care of code quality through code reviews, tests and documentation
Collaborate with the team, partly in English
Must have
6–12 months of experience building web applications (commercial work, an internship, or personal projects you can show, e.g. on GitHub)
An AI-first mindset: you use coding assistants (e.g. Claude, Cursor) daily and want to grow in building AI-based solutions
Hands-on TypeScript
React basics on the front end
Node.js back-end basics: building simple REST APIs and working with data
Database and SQL basics (e.g. PostgreSQL)
Git, and you're comfortable with code reviews
High commitment, independence in finding solutions and fast learning
English good enough to read documentation and communicate with the team (B2 minimum)
Availability for hybrid work: one day a week in our Wrocław office (you live in or near Wrocław)
Nice to have
Next.js and a full-stack approach
Your own AI projects: LLM API integrations, RAG, agents, prompt engineering
Basics of automated testing
Basics of Docker, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions) or cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Interest in legal tech or document-processing systems
What we offer
50 PLN/h gross on a mandate contract (umowa zlecenie)
Flexible working hours
Hybrid work: one day a week in our Wrocław office, remote the rest of the week
Claude and Cursor licenses provided by the company
Support from an experienced team and real impact on the product from the first weeks
