Alongside our own platform, we design and deliver custom AI and software solutions for enterprise clients.\nWe are moving fast from prototype to pilot stage and are looking for a Software Engineer (Mid) to build and scale our platform with an AI-first engineering workflow.\nThe Mission\nOur users work with some of the most sensitive data there is, so our software has to be built fast without ever cutting corners on security or quality. In this role, you will turn complex legal workflows into robust, secure web applications – with Claude and Cursor as your everyday tools, not experiments.\nKey Responsibilities\nFull-Stack Development: Build and evolve web applications with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Node.js, with a strong focus on a solid back-end.\n\nSystem & API Design: Design APIs, data models and system components, and clearly justify your technical decisions.\n\nAI-Native Engineering: Use Claude and Cursor across the entire development lifecycle and build LLM integrations, automations and AI-powered features.\n\nEnd-to-End Delivery: Own your work from requirements analysis through implementation to deployment and maintenance.\n\nQuality & Security: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated tests, documentation, performance and security best practices.\n\nCollaboration: Work directly with the team and stakeholders in English.\n\nRequirements & Profile\nExperience: 3+ years of commercial experience building web applications.\n\nBack-End Expertise: Very good knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript: API design (REST, optionally GraphQL), authentication and authorization, queues, third-party integrations.\n\nFront-End Skills: Hands-on experience with Next.js and React (full-stack mindset).\n\nDatabases: Data modeling, SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL), query optimization and migrations.\n\nSolution Design: Ability to choose the right architecture, separate responsibilities and make conscious technical trade-offs.\n\nAI in Practice: Daily work with AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude, Cursor) and experience integrating LLM APIs.\n\nEngineering Practices: Git, code reviews and automated testing.\n\nOwnership: Takes responsibility for their areas and works autonomously.\n\nLanguage: English at B2 level or higher; German is a plus.\n\nLocation: You live in Wrocław or the surrounding area and can work from our Wrocław office 1–2 days per week.\n\nNice to Have\nDevOps Basics: Docker, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), cloud basics (AWS, Azure or GCP), monitoring and logging.\n\nAI Features: RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, agents, evaluation of LLM output quality.\n\nNoSQL: Experience with non-relational databases.\n\nDomain Experience: Legal Tech or other systems processing documents and sensitive data.\n\nClient Exposure: Experience working directly with clients.\n\nWhat We Offer\nDirect Impact: Work closely with the founders and help build the Legal Tech platform as it moves from prototype to pilot.\n\nAttractive Package: 15,000–20,000
