Alongside our own platform, we design and deliver custom AI and software solutions for enterprise clients.\nFor a major project with a very large German corporation in the logistics sector, we are looking for a Solutions Architect who will own the solution design – from the business problem to a clear implementation plan.\nThe Mission\nEnterprise logistics runs on complex processes and a dense landscape of ERP, WMS and TMS systems. Our client does not need more technology – they need the right solution. In this role, you will understand their business, design an architecture that truly fits, and make sure our development team builds exactly that.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis: Analyze the client’s business problems and processes and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.\n\nSolution Architecture: Design end-to-end architectures covering components, integrations, data flows, security, scalability and cost.\n\nEnterprise Integration: Design integrations with the client’s systems (e.g. ERP, WMS, TMS) in a complex corporate environment.\n\nDocumentation & Communication: Produce architecture documentation and present recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.\n\nClient Workshops: Work directly with the German client – run workshops, define scope and align on architectural decisions.\n\nDelivery Oversight: Hand over the design to the ADVOSYNC development team and ensure the implementation stays true to the architecture.\n\nAI Opportunities: Use AI in your design work and identify where AI can genuinely solve the client’s problems.\n\nRequirements & Profile\nExperience: 5+ years in IT, including at least 2 years as an architect, tech lead or senior engineer responsible for system design.\n\nArchitecture Expertise: Microservices, event-driven architecture, integrations (REST, queues, messaging) and resilience patterns.\n\nClient-Driven Design: Proven track record of designing solutions based on client requirements and problems, from analysis to delivery.\n\nCloud & Data: Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and of relational and NoSQL databases.\n\nEnterprise Environment: Experience with large organizations: security, compliance (GDPR), governance and multiple stakeholders.\n\nDocumentation: Ability to document and present architecture clearly (C4, UML, ADR).\n\nTech Stack Understanding: Familiarity with the web stack our team uses (Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js).\n\nLanguage: English at C1 level – you will run workshops and presentations for the client.\n\nLocation: You live in Wrocław or the surrounding area and can work from our Wrocław office 1–2 days per week.\n\nTravel: Willingness to travel to the client in Germany.\n\nNice to Have\nGerman: B2 level or higher – a major advantage in direct client contact.\n\nLogistics Domain: Supply chain, warehousing, transport, WMS and TMS systems.\n\nGerman Corporate Experience: Experience working with German corporations and their business culture.\n\nAI Solutions: Experience designing AI-based solutions (LLM, RAG, process automation).\n\nCertifications: TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.\n\nPresales: Experience in presales or in estimating project costs and timelines.\n\nWhat We Offer\nDirect Impact: Own the architecture of a large-scale project for a major international enterprise client.\n\nAttractive Package: 180–240 PLN/h net + VAT on a full-time B2B contract.\n\nFlexibility: Flexible working hours, 1–2 office days per week in Wrocław, remote the rest of the week.\n\nStart Date: immediately\n\nHiring Process\nIntro Call (approx. 30 min): your experience, expectations, availability and location.\n\nTake-Home Assignment (approx. 3–4 h, one week to submit): design a solution for a sample logistics problem – an architecture diagram, a short rationale for key decisions and a list of risks.
