As a Technical Consultant, you will partner with firms to implement Advyzon's all-in-one wealth management platform, helping firms successfully transition their business processes and become confident users of our technology. collaborative, fast-paced fintech environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Onboarding & Implementation\nLead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers using Advyzon's implementation methodology\n\nServe as the primary consulting contact throughout the onboarding process, building trusted relationships with clients\n\nConduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, operational workflows, goals, and implementation priorities\n\nConfigure platform settings and assist clients with system setup based on their business requirements\n\nDeliver virtual product demonstrations, training sessions, and workflow workshops that help clients become self-sufficient\n\nMonitor onboarding progress, proactively identify risks, and help keep projects on schedule\n\nDocument client requirements, decisions, and implementation milestones throughout each engagement\n\nParticipate in annual conference presentations and user trainings\n\nClient Consulting & Problem Solving\nAdvise clients on Advyzon best practices and how to leverage Advyzon's platform to improve operational efficiency\n\nHelp clients understand platform capabilities while recommending practical solutions to meet their business objectives\n\nTroubleshoot onboarding questions and coordinate with Product, Support, Data Services, and other internal teams when additional expertise is required.\n\nAssist with professional services engagements for existing clients, including advanced configuration and workflow optimization.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with Sales to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process into onboarding\n\nWork with Relationship Management and Support teams to facilitate a successful transition following onboarding completion\n\nShare client feedback, enhancement ideas, and recurring implementation trends with Product Management to help improve the platform\n\nProcess Improvement & Knowledge Development\nContinuously expand knowledge of Advyzon's platform, wealth management workflows, and industry best practices\n\nContribute to the improvement of onboarding documentation, implementation guides, training materials, and internal knowledge resources\n\nParticipate in ongoing product training and professional development opportunities\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, consistency, and the overall client experience\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience\n\n2-5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation consulting, technical consulting, customer success, or a related client-facing role\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences\n\nExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n\nComfortable learning new technology platforms and business processes\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments\n\nPreferred\nExperience working with wealth management technology, fintech, or financial services\n\nKnowledge of Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or Broker Dealer operations\n\nExperience implementing SaaS software platforms\n\nFamiliarity with CRM systems, portfolio management software, reporting platforms, or financial planning technology\n\nExperience delivering virtual client training or software
