This role will work from our Amsterdam office and report directly to our Global Content Lead. \nThe content writer role is focused on producing content to meet Adyen’s business and marketing objectives, in line with brand goals. You will respond to a range of briefs while applying a strong understanding of Adyen’s value proposition, marketing strategy and brand to meet measurable outcomes. \nThe ideal candidate is experienced in responding to briefs, producing compelling content against a range of objectives, and working collaboratively with stakeholders. You are proficient in long-form writing, with a solid understanding of short-form writing and SEO. This role requires strong project management skills. \nWhat you’ll do\nDrive the production and maintenance of any asset by following established processes, formats, guidelines and templates, minimizing the need for reviews and iterations\nDemonstrate a strong grasp of long-form, short-form and SEO writing in the B2B space. \nBe on-the-ground for case studies and shoots that involve content creation. \nProficient in aligning content initiatives with commercial goals and the larger content strategy. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business, marketing and brand goals when responding to a brief. \nLead on delivery of content initiatives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders and design partners from kickoff to delivery - being diligent with details and deadlines. Set an example for how to apply project management techniques to align teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of content projects. Anticipate risks and adjust plans accordingly independently. \nResearch and curate background information, data, audience insights, and newsworthy information to be used in our content. Conduct interviews with internal and external stakeholders to inform content. \nSet an example for how to apply clear goals and analyze the impact of the content, applying insights and digital marketing content best practices. \nCreate and update writing templates and guidelines that can be used across studios, implementing new ways to work more efficiently\nWhat you are: \nYou have 4 - 6 years of professional experience writing commercial content in the B2B space\nYou are a storyteller: curious and keen to discern the motivations, behaviors, and preferences of our audiences\nYou know how to drive differentiation through thought leadership and data-driven storytelling\nYou have an impeccable eye for detail and ability to approach tasks with a journalistic attitude to find the angles and stories that matter\nYou have a good understanding of what it means to write for digital channels: blending user experience and channel best practices, and how they fit into the bigger picture of content marketing\nYou have the ability to self-start, stick to deadlines, and drive projects forward - while being open and comfortable to iteration and feedback\nYou have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments \nOur unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
