Being an Enterprise Sales Manager at Adyen, you’ll be closing deals and managing relationships with international merchants, across multiple industries and multiple channels, so life is never dull.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the full sales cycle with our target merchants - from the prospecting stage to delivering realised margin. \nCreatively drive innovation for merchants in retail, digital, platforms, and financial services;\nWork closely with our commercial engine (Sales, BDR, Marketing and Partnerships) to drive pipeline in defined target sectors\nBecome an expert in selling Adyen's world class financial solutions;\nPartner with technology leaders and solution providers while working closely with our Sales Support, Implementation and Account Management teams;\nTravel and network (~25%);\nWho You Are:\nProven track record in an enterprise sales role (5+ years), selling complex SaaS end-to-end solution in the UK&I market\nYou are a team player who enjoys working with a global team across different offices, roles, and cultures;\nExperience in the tech or payments industry is a plus.\nYou are fluent in English\nYou are an analytical, strategic negotiator with a commercially driven, goal-getting attitude\nYou have the ability to execute, manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment;\nYou are a builder and problem-solving oriented.\nYou drive for results without the need to be pushed, you will have inherent motivation to succeed and can act with autonomy to deliver results.\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments \nOur unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
