Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.\nThe Role\nAdyen is looking for a GTM Operations Manager in North America who will facilitate the execution of the regional GTM strategy and spearhead the collaboration between the commercial functions (Marketing, Business development, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management). Based in our San Francisco office, this role is crucial for driving revenue growth and fostering operational efficiency through strong partnership with the regional commercial leadership. You will play a pivotal role in connecting cross-functional teams, streamlining global processes, and creating accountability for achieving results.\nTogether with the global GTM Operations and Revenue Technology teams, you will help drive a universal, end-to-end commercial process that is continuously optimized to meet the needs of our markets. You will also collaborate with the regional analytics team to translate data insights into actionable growth opportunities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with NA regional leadership (President, VP’s, Heads of) to elevate GTM execution, including operationalizing strategic initiatives, leading workshops and business reviews, and co-creating and facilitating the execution of the GTM strategy.\nTranslating insights into improvements and solutions, and driving teams to solve them.\nChampioning and executing the global Revenue Operations agenda and initiatives\nUnderstand process gaps that degrade data hygiene in NA and identify operational improvements \nInfluence implementation and enablement of processes, systems and tools \nSupport commercial goal setting for the region in collaboration with Regional Analytics\nAlign on prioritization with Revenue Technology and the global GTM Ops team \nConnect the dots with other regional teams to exchange best practices\nWho You Are\n7+ years experience in similar roles (Revenue Operations Specialist, Sales Operation Manager, Salesforce consultant) and working with cross functional teams\nProven track record of supporting GTM team's revenue generating efforts\nExperience in advising and working with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives\nProgram management skills\nAbility to identify growth opportunities and translate them into solutions\nStrong storytelling skills where you effectively communicate value\nStrong experience in change management and realizing process adoption\nStrong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset and decision making\nDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Adyen\nWe actively seek different perspectives to sharpen our ideas.
