As Senior Salesforce Admin, you will become part of the Revenue Operations - Technology team. In this role, you’ll evolve our Sales Cloud solution, enabling our Commercial teams to scale effectively.\nSounds exciting? Keep reading!\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports and dashboards\nGather requirements, translate into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience and market best practices\nHelp create the platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders\nOwn the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders\nData management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed\nProactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer\nUser support tickets\nIdentify underutilised platform features, monitor and improve user adoption\nTechnical documentation\nWho You Are:\nStrong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud.\nStrong understanding of Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security and authentication.\nBasic understanding Triggers Apex, LWC/Aura components, Web Services and APIs.\nStrong background in identifying and gathering requirements, translating into scalable solutions with focus on user experience.\nYou have demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions, with a keen desire for personal and professional growth;\nStrong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty with a proven track record of successful outcome;.\nExcellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.\nExperience with Test Automation and Agentforce/LLM integrations are a plus\nReady to meet us?\nIf you are excited about this role, apply by clicking the link below.
