The Project Manager will take ownership of multiple projects and guide project teams while upholding A&E + SMA Design’s standards of quality, collaboration, and innovation.\nYour skill set.\nBachelor's degree in Architecture, Master’s Degree preferred\nArchitectural licensure preferred\n5+ years of professional experience in architectural practice, with significant project management leadership\nProven experience managing complex commercial, institutional, public, or mixed-use projects\nDemonstrated success leading projects from concept through construction administration\nAdvanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam\nExceptional organizational, scheduling, and budget management skills\nEstablished ability to lead client relationships and contribute to business development efforts\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to mentor junior staff and lead multi-disciplinary design teams\nStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and most importantly time-management capabilities\nHigh level of professionalism, accountability, and design integrity\nFamiliarity with PSMJ project management practices a plus\nMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a valid U.S. work visa\nResponsibilities.\nProvide leadership and accountability for multiple architectural projects simultaneously\nLead and coordinate internal teams, consultants, and clients across project phases\nDevelop, manage, and monitor project work plans, schedules, and fees\nProduce presentation materials for client and agency meetings\nDocument and distribute meeting minutes while tracking project budgets, schedules, and workflow.\nAttend job site meetings, issue supplemental instructions, and respond to RFI's during the Construction Administration phase\nUnderstands the fundamental relationships and contractual obligations between the designer, consultants, owner and contractors\nEnsure compliance with applicable codes and standards\nUphold and promote A&E +SMA Design’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and design excellence\nPerks of the work.\nYou simply won’t find a group of individuals more talented, dedicated, or fun than the movers-and-shakers at A&E + SMA Design.
