Ensure proper staffing levels and manage scheduling. \nCustomer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high-quality service delivery, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction. \nSales and Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and Business Development Specialist to meet or exceed branch sales targets. Identify opportunities for business growth and actively participate in local marketing initiatives. \nCompliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Implement and enforce security and safety measures within the branch. \nFinancial Management: Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
