meetings\n\nForward visibility of critical spares, long-lead items and recurring service needs\n\nLead and manage end-to-end purchasing execution (requisition → PO → delivery → issue resolution)\n\nEnsure timely procurement of engineering materials, spares, services and contractor requirements\n\nExecute procurement activities in accordance with approved category strategies and procurement support for operational and project-related requirements\n\nEnsure continuity of supply for critical operational materials and services\n\nDrive contract compliance and maverick spend reduction\n\nEnsure accurate and timely procurement transactions in SAP/Coupa\n\nManage expediting and resolution of supply disruptions\n\nLead supplier negotiations to achieve optimal commercial outcomes\n\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Buyers\n\nSet clear KPIs (OTIF delivery, cost savings, compliance, cycle time)\n\nDrive a high-performance, service-oriented culture\n\nSupport capability building across tactical and operational buying\n\nMonitor supplier performance across cost, quality and delivery reliability\n\nManage supplier issue resolution and escalation\n\nIdentify and mitigate supply and operational risks\n\nConduct critical supplier / material risk monitoring\n\nSupport supplier reviews in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing and/or Category Managers\n\nAct as the primary procurement interface for the assigned business unit\n\nTranslate business requirements into clear purchasing plans\n\nEnsure alignment between business demand and procurement execution\n\nProvide input on cost drivers, price movements, and supply risks\n\nSupport the negotiation and implementation of supplier agreements\n\nTrack and report on purchase price variance, savings realization and Budget adherence\n\nSupport budgeting and forecasting processes\n\nEnsure cost discipline and value delivery\n\nEnsure payment term compliance\n\nEnsure invoice query resolution support\n\nAvoidance of duplicate, incorrect or non-compliant purchases\n\nWorking capital awareness linked to inventory, lead times and supplier terms\n\nEnsure full compliance with
